Honey powder is dehydrated honey that has been dried and ground into a fine powder. It retains the beneficial properties of regular honey but in a shelf-stable, easy-to-use form.

Honey powder is used in cosmetics as a gentle abrasive for exfoliation, a binding agent to hold products together, a bulking agent to add texture and volume, and traditionally as a depilatory ingredient to help remove hair.
